Alot of the best deals (especially off market and i mean actually off market) are done with emotions.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.

For the dogs, yes it is a lease violation, but they will simply file for emotional support animal BS and pay a small amount (eg $50) to get paperwork that isn't worth the paper it is printed on...and you have to accept it. 

You are side stepping the question and making emotional attacks.

But the liberal legislators like to camouflage this constitutional taking by appealing to the emotions of the public by using the term "eviction."
