I said I don't know what you call black, but it's no different now than before you cleaned (last Tuesday) I had a friend in on Sunday, and she remarked about how nice both baths were, and that the light bars, 15 years old, were used in her 3 yo house.

In the remarks section of the listing he will simply put, all offers subject to Short Sale Acceptance.I'm sure every MLS is different but I think the point is not to miss out on any buyers, and if you change the status prematurely you could be ruining it for the seller.Lafi Siyam

It is not always a simple matter to move a property to an LLC.But if, after doing several deals you feel confident and competent,then sell the original properties for a profit and begin putting allnew properties into the LLC.From your remark about tenants being hurt I can see that youmay not be psychologically ready to be a landlord.

Well the bottom line being that if you are giving advice to someone, you should take the effort to understand if the advice is actually beneficial or detrimental to the person you are giving it to with reference to their experience level.Morgan, the original poster that I oriented my remarks to, is a new investor.
