Mfh is an unfair game because you need a partner to help you with the experience question when getting a commercial loan.

If the offer price is too good to be true you may be dealing with an inexperienced wholesaler who doesn't know the market. 

I think AI will continue to get better with time but robots will never be able to build true trust because they have no feelings. 

I've tried a couple - truepeoplesearch, white-ages, property radar, leadsherpa, batch leads...Some services are better than others, but it is a numbers game and you also can cross check between different platforms.

Nouveau Riche is the same even though I don’t think it is a true pyramid (not too sure though) they get you interested by advertising “RE investor looking for apprentice: 20,000.00†If you take the ad at face value one would be led to believe the “investor†was going to pay you a salary to help him with his business and teach you the ropes.

He says he has an attorney on staff but this is not true.

Good listings are a people game, not anything you have at the bottom of your post.
