But, I don't rebuild my own transmissions despite my incredible mechanical aptitude, and I don't cut my own hair, or repair my own appliances, or pull my own teeth...  

My only question with this document is that since it has to be notorized, how would this work if you were dealing with an absentee owner and require a fax signiture transmission??

Not sure about that since I'm pretty sure our bill has fixed fees for transmission and other facility costs regardless of the amount of electricity used.

Just a one time transmission of conversion process.

I was half a mile away when my transmission decided to throw in the towel (it could only take so much abuse of my powershifting), and I was left with no gears and half a mile walk to work lol I was actually excited to tear into it (it needed a rebuild, anyway) and see what grenaded.

I'll pay a PM around $3K a month to avoid maybe 8 hours of work, over charge me for maintenance and place tenants that change their Harley transmission oil in my living room.  

I think most people now understand that transmission via surfaces/touch is almost impossible, but people still freak out about irrational and scientifically impossible things all the time so who knows.
