When it was up for vote the ads against it touted no firemen, no police, etc. 

We go through and replace them with LED bulbs for energy savings and then tout that when showing the property.

Joint Ventures was touted as a way to do it with no down payment.

I want to reach through this screen and choke the living s**t out of you level wrong! 

The government touts the amount of money available, yet has dispensed, from what I have seen less than 5-10% of it, which is about as ridiculous as the government itself.

There seem to be many who tout the benefits of this "passive" means of investing.

The other thing that I would mention is that every single brokerage that touts training basically teaches you the same stuff...call friends and family, call FSBOs (for sale by owner), and expired leads, etc.

That will help buoy pricing for a while.Pricing will come down, but for all of those people that have been touting on BP that they are waiting for that "big drop" in prices for them to get in the market will likely be disappointed. 

I watched what the non-help of the SBA was for my fathers (1 employee-himself) operation.The SBA help keeps being touted for EMPLOYERS. 

So not being as aggressive as those who went from 0-200 doors in a year stories so often touted on here, I'm not facing as much risk as them either.
