 :) It's very frustrating that the Agent's / RE lobby got into these areas, state by state, and created alot of confusion.Creative finance deal structures are not dead!  

And unless they outlaw lobbying DC will keep growing.

The  title insurance lobby did win a small victory a couple of years ago in that a Fee Attorney now has to be affiliated with one title company as they used to be able to shop title companies 

But this area lacks a major grocery store, movie theater, chain restaurant, etc.  

In MA they are not published but if I go to housing court all the cases are posted on the wall in the lobby showing the landlord and the tenants names.
