Multi-units often have amenities that are not common in SFH like tennis courts, basketball court, picnic area, clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, etc.

Heck they even have invitations to my house for swimming, tennis at the park and lunch sometimes so it's really been great.

My current residence is in a gated community with pools, tennis courts, etc.
