I guess my problem with being too up front about seeing their place is that I don't feel like I'm in a position of power right now to decline people since it's hard enough to find people that I want to even get to that point in the application process in the first place, but I have to snap out of that mindset and have to instead come from a place where I make them believe that I have a lot of other applicants and that it's my standard policy and it's something they'll have to go through if they want my place.....ESPECIALLY if I decide to only take 1st & security from them rather than 1st/last/security.Thanks again!

Im guessing a large number of people do this rather than physical meet-ups? 

I'm not sure why three years exactly--they can say anything they want--throw Covid in there and I guess anything is possible. 

But I guess an investor must be willing to sit down as we go over the three ways to protect the money they put in… just stumped is all I’m saying. thanks for the insight!!

Well I guess its not true what you are telling me, we paid you thousands to help us meet the tests for REP for my wife and you did not deliver. 

Anyone who wants to live in a rural area with buildings for animals and land is going to have ATVs, all kinds of animals, and probably hoarding tendencies because they're out in the country.

I guess im just so ignorant to where to even begin now that I have some capital for the next move.

Guess my thinking was if they can help me save on the funding part and locking in my first deal , it would pay for itself.
