Muncie is a mixed bag for STR.

You're making it sound like it packs its bags and never comes back. 

I always say, it if it comes in a box or bag, think twice (obv unless its simple sold by weight, like fruit in a bag).   

I’m talking a couple trash bags on porch and around/under porch there was  a couple trash bags worth of junk(including about 10-20 doggy bags of dog poop) a bike, trashed yard games and some general trash.

Not my cup of tea (at least right now) but some are pretty decent.The Subaru Solterra for $239 a month.

The kitchen is what's sold me in my first house and it'd a great lay out in my current house.My next house I'll be a bit more specific - bigger deeper sinks, pasta faucet even if I only use it once a yesr for a big jug of summer iced tea lol and a dishwasher, walk in pantry are on my check list.I feel other amenities like skylights or big windows, cellars for dry storage would be cool too but I'm not really a big baker or canner lol.Now it's got me thinking - imagine a hidden island?

Coffee, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags...

Is the back end of the financing always such a drastic risk or is this typically someone looking to cash out quick and leave someone else holding the bag?
