@Scott McMahan $15k and a whole lotta sweat ;) I did all the electrical, flooring, painting, finish work and the cabinet installation myself.

Have read some interesting pieces saying that the large increases in valuations for Tech Stocks ( Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google) and other valuations (think Snapchat) that may or may not be grounded in reality could be the next source of a correction.

I dont have a facebook page or a twitter, instagram, snapchat, etc accounts. 

As well as local companies like Snapchat starting there .

(already mostly did this) I'm gonna wear a face covering in public (not fun hard to breathe hot n sweaty). for OTHERS & myself. im gonna stay inside & feel compassion for those that may be financially ruined. im gonna hold more of a rainy day fun & reduce some of my risk. 

Or the one finished room in the basement would have “sweaty” walls - contractor drywalled over the existing vents, instead of creating access to them in the new wall.
