The customer support is very hit or miss if you need assistance when you call or submit a claim ticket.

You might regret that.. sometimes brokers talk the talk and give you x amount of support.. I

BillCheapest property is 250k .if I change the 2 or 3 cheapest properties into one....one would be 500k so if I rent it out it's hard to get it rented and make money....highest rent the area will support is $2800. 

I use a mobile app called OKUPIED, which I think is only available on the Apple Store, but compared to all other ones I have tried it is by far the simplest to use and their support is on point when you need something. 

After talking to 3 companies I feel that this is a great resource to build a real estate portfolio , I don’t feel very confident that the companies I’m am talking with will give me the support I need to use this tool effectively in the beginning while I’m figuring it out.

@James Debenham so there's a happy medium between an expensive broker with more than it sounds like you need and a no commission split broker with no support.  I

I am current in child support, I have good credit, but lenders say I need a letter from the state / Judge that says I am current, I can provide, that I am current, do not want to go before the judge to get that letter, is there any help for me to get a mortgage???
