If the expectation is to resolve the sewer backup, it is an emergency call as no tenant can use toilets and kitchen the rotor rooter treatment should be an overnight thing.   

It all started October 2016 after spinning our wheels for a good year plus with nothing happening.

Yes, they take a little longer to dry clothes (which is why they are coupled with high-efficency / high-spin RPM washers), but use a fraction of the energy.

Sellers can spin numbers, so you want to ask for numbers and then see if they align with what your goals are. 

Glad you sent it because my lists were spin offs from my old employer and I think went into way too much detail.

Never use a spin box.#2.
