My understanding of the current text messaging compliance is that it's OK to send unsolicited texts as long as you don't use some kind of software/automated technology.

Tsheets, Cloudshark and many other software out there.

We manage multiple long-term rentals in Indianapolis and use Buildium as our management software, with Tenant Turner integrated for showings.

Their online banking software is pretty nice though.
