Hey everyone, Im a first-time investor looking to buy a single-family rental for $40K-$50K in Peoria, Danville, or another affordable market.

He was my inlaws realtor when they bought their first house, and we have used him for 3 single family home purchases.

The land is a good property to be developed for single family homes.
