Honestly, we already shrugged our shoulders and said “cool, just make it to the end of the lease” and that’s what she’s going to do.

To deal with the changes in height that are in the transitions between rooms, I'm thinking about using various width boards to build custom height floor transition/ thresholds between each room.

These people are often looking for or would welcome a shoulder to cry on and spill the beans on what everything is costing them. 

If it is a regular cabinet and doesn't sit on the counter to look right the backsplash should extend the width of the cabinet.

I would probably buy it, but make sure you have sufficient reserves to shoulder the lack of rent / renovations / other costs while you stabilize the building. 

Thats correct it wont have wheels , but its approx the same width  and length .  

I’d atleast Look up your laws in MO before you just shrug your shoulders and chalk it up to.
