I have multiple lenders that can do 100% financing for the short-term rehab loan, up to 70% ARV for 1-4 unit properties.

I’ve been a real estate investor since 2015, owning and managing multiple multifamily properties and running a short-term rental business in Cape Cod, the Lakes Region of NH, and the Berkshires.

Once you have a short list, get an account with each one and run them through the wringer to see how they really function.

But if I sell it and put that money in the stock market and earn let’s say 8% I would make $40,000 on the same money.

I’m an ex realtor who also has some experience working for a private equity group for a short time before I got a really good gig in a completely unrelated industry that will allow me to have options when investing.

The City of South Lake Tahoe does not allow short term rentals.
