I thought I would share my brief, hopefully insightful, dive into real estate and financial markets.Today I'm talkin’ the topsy-turvy mortgage market, consumer sentiment, Mayo lattes?

As the federal reserve lets interest rates start to fall, that whole sentiment will shift towards wherever the better returns are, which real estate will respond accordingly as the interest rates go down and yield better returns.  

I understand your sentiment, and it's excellent that you're starting to research.

The situation could be different if you set up a business to invest in commercial real estate, but I don't know anything about that area.In general, the real estate market in Singapore can swing, depending on the sentiment of the population and government.

Usually, a seasoned, experienced real estate agent or broker could also provide insight to current market rules and the local sentiment regarding STRs that might influence future changes.Some markets have no restrictions. 

My sentiment is mixed.  

I know that this is a personal flaw and that I should go for it if it makes sense to me after doing my own research, however, I can't help but think that it may not work out the way I believe it could based on all of the negative sentiment I have received from family and friends.

And the answer is...ChatGPT.Seriously, my favorite AI hack lately for STRs is to compile all your reviews you've ever had from every OTA in to ChatGPT and ask it to search all the data for client sentiment analysis.
