Far from a perfect science but the more data the better!

This is a mixture of both art and science.

I went to school at Ohio State for engineering and have a minor in business and computer science.

It's not rocket science. 

You can find out how to workout online too, but it’s absolutely nothing compared to having a well-qualified trainer with an exercise science degree (I know because I have one after failing on my own).

The 22 yo graduates from college in computer science and says he is working on passive income this summer-wants to code something that earns passive income.

But to be more specific, I saw gaps between boards in the flooring, bathtub drains with paint still in them from reglazing/aging, toilets left with feces, and numerous other very odd issues that are not rocket science for basic cosmetic flips that I shouldn't have to point out to an experienced CG or PM.

Here's why.People are drawn to our area due to the absence of natural disasters, low property taxes, home prices close to the national median, and a thriving tech and research hub, coupled with the life sciences sector.Considering the ongoing influx of people and the likely rate adjustments announced by the Fed for later in this year, we anticipate prices actually  rising as buyers enter the market.

In the end, it's not rocket science and most of it you'll learn as you do it. 

To me, analyzing an MTR is an art vs. a science.
