Well, the contractor's price was ridiculous, retail or more. 380-400 a sq for a roof, 4k to paint the interior of a 1200 swqft house., 2k labor to install a furnace, just nuts, so we pulled the plug.

Banking on a hope that "if" something that you can't control happens, you "might" start to get positive CF starting in a few more years (also losing money) so you might recover all of your losses in about 10 years, is ridiculous. 

PM said septic issues and hired had a guy quote me some ridiculous number like $50k, said they were collapsed, but they weren't. 

He NEVER said inject bleach in your veins, that's an out right LIE, it's ridiculous, and it comes from delusional HATE.

And, yes, you do get yelled at and may be required to bring in professionals to debunk the ridiculous claims some neighbors will make.

I'd echo others above @Adonis Williams - New construction/Development seems and sounds sexy, but it is ridiculously hard!
