@Brent Mendenhall The best thing for any investor is to avoid your company and those like it out of respect for their investment dollars.Why is there no formal agreement between RAD and DDH Fund LP when DDH Fund owes RAD's investors millions of dollars and collects rents on behalf of RAD.

It's laborious, messy - but it was far less damaging/challenging than the photos found on the internet...even with plastered walls.  

Buying site unseen is a huge risk unless the buyer and wholesaler have a history doing deals together.My buyers trust the deals that I bring them, but I also provide them with in-depth inspection reports along with photos/videos of the inspection along with multiple cost to completes through multiple contractors.

I am a believer that you have earn the trust and respect of your local vendors as well.

In 15 months since I booked the property, Wagner has provided me with an exterior photo of just the first property, and I probably wouldn't even have known that there is no progress made on the other property if I had not visited the site myself recently.

Pull out a spreadsheet and go through the tools everyone mentions to run some comparables and take note of photos, amenities.
