Have you gotten any progress with this?

Looking forward to seeing your progress over the next few months and beyond.

A popular strategy I've seen work is to scale with properties in the C locations and then slowly upgrade your portfolio into the nicer asset classes as you progress and become more cash flow heavy. 

I go to investigate and there is a middle age lady with a nice wrangler (I suspect 35” tires, recovery points, not old (in good shape)).  

I understand this career it would be helpful to have a degree but I have also learned that some people learn more and progress more by doing. 

And to some extent, they’re right—there have been moments where I’ve lost money and felt overwhelmed.But to me, it’s about making progress.

For example, I am a little concerned about some aspects of the business cycle recovery and a potential for a double-dip so I lean toward the safest part of capital stack which is debt (or low-debt equity).

But it's gotten progressively worse, now the only time he's passed on any rent to us is when we've threatened to report him to the Board of Realtors.
