The DST I purchased with Allegiancy (Alorica DST in Ft Worth, TX) did not do good due diligence (in my opinion) regarding the structural quality of the buildings they purchased for this DST in 2022. 

The quality of available tenant varies drastically depending on the neighborhood.

You will learn the cost of maintenance/cap ex and how tenant quality plays a big role.  

Ultimately it was the customer service and poor quality of my post cards that caused me to leave.
