Psychology here might be the under the radar pitch, we can take it to the guru review section or drop references and speak to the psychology and perceptions of investors.We certainly have enough buzz words flying around in RE from the marketing types, it's good to point out what might trigger some to pay attention to, like "Free Beer Tomorrow".
