Is acquiring a new primary residence and renting your current home feasible?

If that leads to a more structured and education based meeting, then that is great - if it remains just a place to gather and bounce ideas and network, that's great too.

What if the person staying at your place signed a contract but their 1st payment check bounced.

Just because it’s come down does not it will bounce back automatically in a timely fashion.

I have two primary rules of investing 1.

I buy homes as a primary residence with 5% down and move into them keeping my previous as a rental and the area that I live doesn't have new builds that would work for us, otherwise I would buy a new build.
