I typically talk less about the market conditions until we have a general plan in place, and then we discover what may work best with the current climate (rates, fear, opportunity, demand, etc..)

They are also not prevalent in this stage of the market cycle.

When there is fear sell off or dips in value they buy a bunch more.

As long as you don't fear climate change impacts, Florida is probably fine and buys today will probably work out great over the decades.
