I work an 8-5 job to support my pregnant wife & 1 year old daughter.

The odds of a woman getting pregnant in any given month is 15% - 25%.

My wife is pregnant and there isn't a chance in Hades she'd step one foot in there until it gets cleaned up.

Also this was A LOT of work and stress on both my self and wife who by the way was 4 1/2 month pregnant when we closed on the house.

Our credit scores are both 790+.We also recently found out that we're pregnant (well, she's doing most of the work!)

The tenant had delayed court 3 times because she claim she was pregnant and had a c-section.

Third, When my wife got pregnant, she had an overwhelming sense of nesting and fostering her maternal feelings while I just had this urge to provide and REI was that answer. 

However we don’t currently have a plan for that project and we want to offer all 3 tenants the use of the laundry room until then.Note that the leases do NOT indicate that the tenants have access to laundry, however we want to give our tenants all access to the washer and dryer, particularly because one tenant is very pregnant and it seems like having a newborn without laundry access would suck.We have told the elderly tenants that we want to purchase the W/D from them to make them public use machines.

I'm married, have a kid on the way (8 months pregnant), a house (Long Island, NY), 2 dogs (rescue Galgos from Spain), a full-time job that helps pay the mortgage (roughly $2,400 / mo), and a pretty average life. 

We plan to get pregnant around July 2020.
