Even the best property management companies (PMC) struggle with:- Finding reliable handyman and contractors (ServiceTechs)- Same with affordable ones- Tracking preventive maintenance- Tracking previous work for potential reoccurrence warranty coverage- Understanding tenant reported problems, so the correct ServiceTech can be dispatched- Determining if tenant is at fault for an issue & should be charged - and will proof stand up in court?

I am trying to tabulate Business that may have higher depreciation but yet help me build wealth in form of real estate or potential customers for variety of services. 

This would allow you to indefinitely defer all of the tax if you sold, and use the tax you would have had to pay, to purchase something nicer in an area with a greater growth potential.   

So I would like to get these things hashed out well beforehand as something to present to potential clients and have procedures for my company.

Wanting to know who we can reach out to for management, estimates on potential income/expenses.
