But he was smart enough to only take over properties with equity so he was able to refi out of them before the underlying lienholders could foreclose.  

If it was a good company you wouldn't find so many problems with NWA(Riverside)

I am so so glad I’ve kept all my properties as LTR’s.  

They are a commodity, and owners are competing directly against hotels in this space, so rents are ultra low.

Because my clientele is so profit-focused, I get daily questions about current real estate market trends.
