I pleaded with them to FIX the problem. 

@Dennis Johnson to add to what @Chris Tracy said, which was spot on, his first point - you never have to feel guilty by hitting them with 21 questions, that's what you're paying them for!

If they say you have to provide them a copy of the lease, then that's what you signed up for.I recommend contacting the HOA, pleading ignorance, asking forgiveness, and begging them to reduce the charges to something more reasonable.

I agree with this but would like to add that the public isn't going nuts because much of the public is guilty.

This looks like the best post for me to plead my case as a new real estate agent.I joined this website 7 or 8 months ago out of a strong desire to invest in real estate and this has been the perfect place to learn the in and outs.

So, we'll probably hear taxing authorities pleading poverty and demanding tax hikes.

I am sure the charge will be plead down to a F4 with probation.
