If you want to invest in areas that are booming and going to give you a high ROI, I suggest looking in Frisco, Plano, Mckinney, Little Elm and The Colony, depending your price point.

There are some duplexes up north in Richardson, Plano, etc. that might be cash-flowable and are definitely in nicer neighborhoods.

Mark Swoveland is a great guy on BP and "hosts" a monthly lunch that has great attendance, usually in Plano Shops of Legacy area.Market is overpriced in general depending on area of course but there are some good deals to be found.
