Project was conceived, planed, and built though free forum.

I’m planing on getting the down payment for the initial purchase price with the rents from the property and other capital.

From what I've seen it's rare that the original builder would over-design a system for a home unless the original homeowner planed to expand in the future.  

I am planing to live in one unite and rent out the other.

I know a local paralegal who might do it for you that costs less than a plane ticket.

And there is of course plenty of damage to the trim from the last 80 years of living and bad management.So instead, I've scraped it all, sanded it all, planed many of the windowsills down to good wood, puttied/caulked/bondoed everywhere, and coated all the trim in two coats of Kilz Original, and then two coats of Glidden Premium semi-gloss.

well if your worried hop and  plane fly out and look at it with their guys.. 

my Favorite city to base out of for flyfishing each summer.. and I love flying into that airport in our plane.. the approach is super cool as well as departure.. you kind of have to experience it to understand.what a great place on the planet if your into the out doors.
