WA is not one of them But like Oregon is.Credit partner works but almost any lender if you have more than 20% of the LLC will require PG.so if your less than 20% you can still have uneven distributions that could be a work around for the PG.

One potential partner, has built 100 doors over the last year, a number of which were slot homes - were pretty consistently running $175/sqft hard and soft cost, but not including financing; they indicated with financing worked in, they averaged $200/sqft all in.
