I figure being in realtor will allow me to experience sales and the art of persuasion but always in the best interests of the customer.

In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact through persuasion.  

Life taught me that it's incredibly difficult to change a person's mind through outside persuasion, but it's incredibly easy, if that person just changes their mind themselves.

They are very persuasive.  

And with syndication, you would be better off understanding marketing and persuasion more than real estate operations, since marketing is where the syndicators who have billion dollar portfolios and collecting millions in fees are better than the real estate operators.

For anyone on here who is a local investor, what are some highlights I can incorporate to be more persuasive and help prospective investors to overcome their "fear" of investing in Detroit? 

Is the name just to catch people of a certain political persuasion?
