In addition, it's traditional in this market (that was long established before Airbnb and VRBO) that guests must bring their own sheets, towels, dish soap, TP, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc. 

But that last time -- anything could happen.You need to carry around pepper spray and a gun if you're worried about any sort of physical confrontation with this kind of trash.

Sure, there HAVE been commentators with what at least LOOK like well-formed reasons since the very beginning, but they were few and far between, peppered in among the many more wackadoodles proclaiming THE END IS NIGH.So what I'd like to ask everyone with significant experience to comment on something else this thread: WHAT SHOULD WE BE LOOKING FOR?

Provide things like colanders, mixing bowls, spices, salt/pepper, napkins, knife set, cutting boards, measure cups, spoons, blender, wine glasses, wine opener, pizza cutter, etc.
