You're correct that applying 4 extra payments of $3000 with the HELOC will rapidly speed up the payoff.

It has my peak seasons 2-3 times higher then my competitors but I think it's way too high and I'm going to have to drop prices dramatically later to get a booking.

I have a lead on a property that was north of $2M during the peak but I have heard the area has seen pricing coming back to reality and would be curious to get a sense for how values are faring in the area. 

So will see how it goes and keep everyone up to speed.  

Otherwise you are going to be at the mercy of getting information when the sponsor deems fit - anytime something like this happens - does not matter who the sponsor is you need to have an attorney on speed dial and get them involved and advising what to do and make sure you are agressive not passiveI have seen someone who was afraid to file a lawsuit end up at the back of the line and if they would have taken everyone’s advice they would have gotten close to their $250k back but instead they got zero.

bitcoin historical data: Bitcoin last peaked at $1094.68 on 11/30/2013.Bitcoin last bottomed at $191.90 on 1/14/2015. 3 years and 3 months later from last peaked...Bitcoin recovered last peaked at $1078.70 on 2/21/2017. 

Peak and off peak shouldn’t be a 6% difference, it should be closer to a 50% discount.
