So you need to check with the zoning department about non-owner occupied and how hard it is to get the variance.

. - Once an owner knows what materials are being used, they can then check pricing at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. - Some materials for bigger jobs, like concrete, are harder to check pricing on.

Check out Paul Jang, Victor Reynolds, Elijah Bryant there are others out there who aren’t as BIG as Joe who will give you more bang for your buck and are still accessible.
