Is this outdoor storage for larger equipment?

I plan on updating my unit this year as well and wonder if my labor to update the floors and outdoor space will count towards "material participation".

I’ll likely close on the property around early November and it will need small cosmetic updates, maybe a new deck, and of course new furniture set up.

Some of the damages include ~$7,800 of missing property, kitchen cabinet doors ripped off, a mangled chandelier, a damaged refrigerator, divots from a claw hammer in the granite, and urine and feces stains on rugs, furniture, and hardwoods from an unauthorized puppy.

Lacey confirmed that if I decide to cancel, I will receive my EMD back and she will work with me to return furniture to refund as much as possible for the furnishing cost, which I appreciate.Concerning RTR, they have been nothing but supportive in this process.

Then I get the prospective clients making 6 figures on their regular job but they're still swapping out doors on kitchen cabinets or fixing toilet guts in the evenings and can't see the forest through the trees yet. 

I get that you don't want grandma's furniture, but there are lots of modern, good looking furniture out there.

My owners who have updated their homes with modern furniture packages and highly themed rooms, along with a nicely equipped game room do much better than those who do nothing to the home and hope it will attract some guests. 

Glue part of the sheets also so someone don't drag furniture across it and wrinkle it up.
