Michael - are you running an older version of the OS?

The actual value needs to be 175k for that option to work for the buyer to finance it, I'd bet not since most L/Os are over priced.

You also need to understand that just because you get your money and you walk away from some deal, you're still involved as long as that contract is in force, so these L/Os are not without risk. :)

If all you know are L/Os then I guess when it is proper, you're doing the right thing, when it's not, you're driving a square peg in a round hole. :)

We now need to comply with the SAFE Act which can certainly apply to L/Os.
