i called a number I found on line and it was his personal number he said and he not working for Rad.

I too at first thought it odd, that they didn't have a big internet presence, though they've been around over 6 years.

I have never heard of this metric and don't see any information on it online.

They claim to market on dozens of online channels, and they seem to know the right amenities to feature, have great design, services, experiences etc.

What I have researched several months through online forum in Japan is telling me the same thing.

His work products and many others can be found with simple google searches for free online.
