While this is a real estate investment platform I would immediately meet with a financial advisor and have them review your spending and also your income to establish a long term financial plan.

This platform is the first I’ve heard of the BRRRR method for rentals.

I started with apartments.com due to all the recommendations for cozy but don’t think the switch to the new platform is complete because the functionality is not worth the hype, in my opinion.

Can anyone tell me if Rentredi keeps track of all financials and if you can view everything you need to see easily on their platform?  I

@Brandon Sturgill you brought some really Important points that I did not think before. using having Move in/ Move out checklist helps but to address tenant needs we personally want our tenants to be happy so will communicate with them on that. just discovered Buildium, looks this Platform is solid and far better than Zillow RM. it has a feature to add local handyman, Repairs ticket, status track, Community wall to notify all tenants and much more. i will see if anyone had any success stories using these Platforms. 

I prefer VRBO guests and customer service but their platform is junk and their app is terrible.
