A couple of investor groups seem very bullish on this community and that is pushing the quality of operating STRs up which pushes the performance up which pushes AirDNA numbers up, etc.I modified my Top 10 due to the looming cap on licenses being issued by Tobyhanna Township.

Sounds like you were able to really nail the buy which allowed you to run a successful rehab and recoup all of your initial investment. 

Speaking with my Construction cap on here. 

I’ve used furnished finder and airbnb to see listings so I can get an idea of rates but vacancy has been a little more difficult to nail down.

The market rent needs to be around $1,800 per side and no more than 2k a month (depending of finshes) I'm having a hard time getting someone to nail down a price on construction cost.
