But the lady who is the victim had a dream to create a retreat for addictions  as her daughter had passed away from an OD .. so it was her mission and she was far more emotionally involved with this other than just losing 10k.. to these fraud's.

I'd honestly say that this organization I volunteered for was one of the few with the mission and resources to execute on this. 

FED is meant to deliver you possession, don't bog down the mission with a few extra dollars of fees. 

I would either get out of the deal or might just go through with the deal only cause I would make it my personal mission to get rid of this guy.

This was primarily done so I could have more control over my own career/earnings, but I retained every aspect of the company (including it's 4 employees) and re-branded with a new name and mission as she was a great appraiser but not much of a businesswoman.I didn't have the liquid assets to buy the business outright, and it was a bit wonky in the math anyway since I was a top producer, my gross earnings couldn't really be factored in to the totals as I would have made that anywhere.

Make it your mission to become the expert on rents in your areas.

I don't know exactly what your mission statement is but say something like " My business works hard to find properties that you can acquire through your network of investors and match with families" Of course match this with what your business does.

Your first mission is to protect the equity that you have (this is a secured loan, not just some credit cards so extra care is warranted), and your second mission is to find some kind of income to sustain you and your little one while this is going on. 

A deal that makes sense gets picked up quick.I have an investor that got one of my email blasts and really liked a property in Mission.

Steve speaks to the mission/goal of what he is providing folks in his community AND about how he is trying to create a legacy for his children by immersing them in the business, having them put in sweat equity, etc.-- which is EXACTLY my why....
