@Robert Rixer This one is directly across the street from my house and I could use one of the units to have my mom close by (health issues).

We made the tenant pay for the pumping.Also... ask the Health Dept if they have had any repairs on the system. 

It's also better for the occupants' health. 

I have a Bookkeeper for my farm expenses/income but I am not sure if she has any RE experience and has not gotten back to me if she will do it or not as she has suffered a health crisis this year and has cut back some.
