Well - a week later she called and said she wasn't flying down to see me (the morning of her flight).

They don’t verify guests properly; screening is weak because they’re mainly focused on hotels/flights/car rentals.

And I wonder how some of the other guys that have monster followings and clubs how they do it I find it hard to fathom they just do as a social give back lots of work to suss out top flight syndicators and we are seeing this play out today as we see comments of deals going to foreclosure or back to bank deed in lu or pause distribution or cap calls..

@Schmel Maiden as Mike mentioned going to investor meetups and events is a great way to network with ppl who are doing what you want to be doing locally. 

Ryan,The manager at the title company promised to reimburse us for the flights but as expected,  I never heard back from her. :)

Do we know if the airport will have enough economical flights coming in for people who aren't in the "ultra luxury" (Xala) category to afford to come to the region?

I am currently on a 6-month digital nomad trip to scratch the travel itch now so that I can live in a house hack for the requisite year without going stir-crazy (well, maybe a few short domestic trips throughout the year if I find a good deal on a flight).

I do not recommend that flight as it is 14 hours lol. 

You wouldn't fly an airplane before ground school and flight time with an instructor.
