In that respect, longer term, I think the EM will have the exact opposite effect that the liberals intended (can you say negative unintended consequences).

You can get a non owner occupant coborrower on an FHA loan and I believe it is even more liberal with who can co borrow with you on a conventional loan.

The Fannie Mae guidelines is a lot more liberal than the Freddie Mac guidelines, and that should help you get over the 14 day 10% rule
