Unless you like the idea of lots of uncertainty and lengthy legal proceeding which costs lots of money, and the fact that if anything is not perfect your client is likely to lose their assets, just don’t use a DAPT.

The problem is the payment are in the higher range causing the roi and cash flow to come in low based on the length I can finance.
