Great tenant that always pays on time - been there for 5 years Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Why not use bank debt or alternative lender debt if you don't qualify yet for bank originated debt?

Lenders will want to see the filed Articles of Organization, an Operating Agreement that you can get from your attorney or, if you're brave and it's just you on the LLC, some people use Legal Zoom or Law Depot.

You will want to interview at least a couple of realtors and determine what resources they have available for you in several arenas (lenders, contractors, more).
