Well - I think it's time to join one of Brandon's seminars for a lecture on "doing the numbers"...lolWhat you do now is you find a sucker (much as you were when you bought this thing), and sell!  

I will be taking the classes purely online, so if there are any options that have some good videos, or lectures you can watch that would be great!

There don't seem to be a lot of free groups; however, a couple of them you can attend for free the first time and the rest seem to me in a pay/lecture format.

This seems an odd place to lecture on rant about Chicago politics.

Personal contacts with those authors blogs can also help but few will have the time to exchange  with you.Podcasts are great to listen if you dont have the time to read.Sinon bonne lecture and happy net browsing  !

I remember getting a lecture years ago from a (nepotically promoted) exec at a company we were consulting on. 

He is an excellent teacher and is probably responsible starting thousands of BP members down the road to real estate investing.Watch this lecture of his on YouTube.  

After last night's lecture it seems unlikely.

I invest in c and d areas with a lot diversity myself so I don’t need lectured with the virtue signaling .  

My first visit to the bank was basically just a lecture from the banker on how I wasn't looking at good investments and shouldn't be investing.
