He’s not a pushy salesman, and I’ve got a business partner who has worked with him for the last 10 years without any issues.As for your situation, I wouldn’t say it sounds like a Ponzi scheme, but I’d strongly recommend meeting with the fund sponsor in person and asking as many questions as you can.

But, these broad market studies are so large, they are almost meaningless, in the real world.Between glut of new supply in many "hot" markets coming online, a continually softening economic outlook, inflation over last couple years making day to day items feel cost prohibitive, many average renters are strapped and seeking lower cost housing.  

@Joshua Christensen Coincidentally I met the managing partner of Infinite Capital, Javier Pineyro last week for coffee.

My last one 2 weeks ago was $47 which I pass on to the tenant.

Our thoughts on the Yurts were like yours at first until we stayed in one in Virginia over last Christmas and it was not just a tent but a two bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen etc...  

I know enough about a lot of things to be dangerous, but lack detailed expertise and certifications.I will say that I was extremely disappointed with my last realtors lack of construction knowledge so you will have a leg up there for sure, and you should play up that as a selling point
