Pennsylvania is still the fifth largest state after CA, TX, FL and NY and covers a large area with different sub-economies. 

He practiced that well and his son is now one of the largest developers in the country, if not the world.The nice thing for investors is that there should be a 2-3 or maybe 4 year gap in major apartment developments coming online. 

I live on Long Island in New York where tenant laws are not favorable for owners and often could encourage squatting. 

For decades many of America's largest companies have sold items to our Gov at crazy high values.

Truly sad part for Clayton is he could have been one of the largest if not the largest re seller of turn key homes in America.. he still Is at it but man he really shot himself in the foot by not owning this stuff. and for sure he knew what was happening one cannot hide behind the fact that investors and anyone just doing a cursory drive by of a non rehabbed home that was suppose to be rehabbed.. any way.. should be interesting to see if he gets away scott free other than defending the multitude of lawsuits that are no doubt pending.   

I would defintetaly be living on an island somewhere counting money. 

I thought it was really beneficial... until the last day, when they guilt tripped you into buying the packages I think the lowest was like $10k and the largest program was somewhere around $60k.

Staying at flamingo island using Marriott points and Hyatt casino using Hyatt points flying business with AF flying blue to Paris in Mag with my wife and 2 kids 45k points each leg, staying at an Airbnb paid cash and in Budapest at the W wirh 6 night cerficatesgoing to Italy in September flying economy in Iberia for 4 people, 25k Alaska points one way ($1000 per person when i checked) staying at the grand Victoria hotel in lake comp with my 3 night Hilton verticales ($1300 per night value) still planning the return and the rest of the trip
